Running small businesses is messy. ServCraft exists to help people in small businesses be successful. We work with home and field service companies designing cutting edge technology to help them better quote, schedule, manage, invoice and collect payments from their customers. We are growing fast - but we’ve just scratched the surface of what we want to accomplish for our customers.
As a growth product manager in an early stage fast growing business, you’ll have the unique opportunity to work directly with the CEO and CTO leading every aspect of the product development process. You’ll play the role of strategist, planner, and executor from a growth product perspective to scale ServCraft.
We are looking for someone special to work cross-functionally across the product, engineering, and sales teams to deliver value throughout the user life cycle. We will support you and get out of your way as you deliver your best work to solve users problems and drive business objectives.
The Growth Product Manager will:
Lead Sales / Product-Led Growth Initiatives
Identify opportunities for growth around the entire user journey and work with hypotheses and experiments to understand our users better
Develop a deep understanding of the market and ecosystem, different personas, become an expert in why users choose (or leave)
Design and run experiments to test hypotheses and improve key growth metrics.
Generate Data Analysis And Insights
Analyze CRM pipeline / product usage data to identify growth opportunities and inform decision-making.
Continuously monitor and report on growth metrics, providing insights and recommendations.
Collaborate Across Functions
Work closely with product, design, engineering, marketing, and customer success teams to align on growth objectives and execute initiatives.
Foster a growth-oriented culture within the organization.
Optimise User Acquisition And Onboarding
Optimize the onboarding experience to ensure new users quickly capture the full value of our product.
Create and optimize features / tools to attract new users and develop product flows to increase conversion to paying customers.
Partner with the leadership team to develop and execute strategies that attract new prospects through organic, paid, and referral channels, and convert into users.
Optimise Retention And Monetization
Develop and implement strategies to increase platform usage and customer lifetime value.
Collaborate with financial and commercial stakeholders to test different pricing models, packages, and features to optimize revenue.
